Alexander von Kotzebue

Alexander von Kotzebue (1841-1923) was a Russian-German artist. He studied at the Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg and later in Munich. Kotzebue's style blended Realism and Symbolism. He painted landscapes, cityscapes, and portraits, often capturing the beauty of rural Russia. His works were characterized by vivid colors and attention to detail.
