Alice Halicka
Alice Halická (1901-1985) was a Czech-Slovak painter and artist. She was a prominent figure in the country's modern art movement, blending Expressionism and Surrealism in her work. Her vibrant, dreamlike paintings often featured fantastical creatures, abstracted forms, and introspective symbolism. Despite her unique style, Halická's artistic career was marked by obscurity and struggle during her lifetime, only gaining recognition posthumously.
