Arthur Zechel

Arthur Zechel (1893-1971) was a German-American artist known for his Realist and Impressionist paintings. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and later moved to New York City, where he became a prominent figure in the American art scene. Zechel's works often depicted everyday life, landscapes, and cityscapes with attention to detail and subtle color palettes. His style was characterized by its realism, yet also had an Impressionist touch.
