Tintoretto

Tintoretto (1518-1594) was a renowned Venetian painter of the Baroque period. His full name was Jacopo Robusti. He's known for his dramatic and emotionally charged works, often featuring intense light-dark contrasts. Influenced by Caravaggio, Tintoretto's style emphasized realism, movement, and tension. His most famous pieces include "The Last Judgment" and "St. Mary of Victory".
